Harvest mill De Windotter is a corn mill in IJsselstein, province of Utrecht. The mill was originally built in 1732 and was in use until 1918. This was followed by a steady demolition and decay, until the municipality of IJsselstein bought the mill in 1984 and had it restored in 1987. Now the mill is back in use. The wingspan (the flight) of the blades is 26.10 metres. The Windotter is located at Walkade 73 in IJsselstein. The photo is part of the series Modern History and is therefore made in old black and white.
