About ‘Dancing cranes.’ by Karl Andrén

These are 2 large birds called cranes and they dance for each other.
An early morning and the place is Hornborgasjön which is located in Sweden.
The so-called crane dance takes place from the end of March to the end of April.
Crowds of spectators are attracted to the place to watch when the cranes dance with each other.
In the picture there are only two of them but when I was there there were another 6000-7000 cranes.
You can't get very close to the birds unless you are sitting in a hiding place. You need to have a long telephoto lens and it will be fine.
I usually visit the place at least every other year.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
