About ‘Dance of white and blue’ by Color Square

hundreds of small dots, which together form an airy and rhythmic composition. The background runs from light grey at the top to a slightly darker grey-blue at the bottom, subtly changing the colour intensity of the dots from top to bottom. The dots are mainly white, light grey, blue, and occasionally warm beige or golden - each with a slight touch of texture and shade.

The brushstrokes are short and round, as if each dot had been laid down individually with a palette knife or convex brush. This creates a lively, almost dancing texture. As you look down, the dots become denser and darker, creating a fluidity reminiscent of snowflakes, blossom, or even light reflections in water.
