Damrak Amsterdam during the Amsterdam Light Festival 2015. This picture was taken later in the evening, past blue hour and the sky is already quite dark, but is still lit up by the city lights. A moment without canal boats makes the water calm and gives the picture all the space it needs.

Fotografie is een prachtige uitlaatklep voor mij en fascineert me al heel wat jaartjes. Met een voorliefde voor grootse landschappen, skylines en prachtige zonsondergangen is er altijd voldoende materiaal om te fotograferen. In de zomer op stranden en eilanden, de winter leent zich uitstekend voor steden. Woonachtig in Rotterdam aan het water zit ik sowieso goed qua beeldmateriaal, in Rotterdam is er zeer veel architectuur en nog voldoende te fotograferen wat ik nog niet…
