About the artwork

You walk slowly through a picturesque forest in Sweden as the setting sun envelops the surroundings in a warm glow. The last rays of the day cast an enchanting light on the snow-covered ground and the snow-covered branches of the trees. The forest is enveloped in a serene silence, broken only by the soft crunch of fresh snow under your feet and the occasional distant call of a bird preparing for night.

Your breath forms clouds in the cold air as you inhale deeply the peace and beauty of your surroundings. Occasionally, you see a trail of an animal that has walked through the snow, a reminder of the vibrant ecosystem that calls this forest home.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
