About "Cruise ship in Rotterdam"

About the artwork

The cruise ship AIDAprima is one of AIDA Cruises' 14 ships and equal to its flagship. It is here at the Cruise Terminal Quay, near the Holland America Line building. In the background we see De Rotterdam (44 floors with a hotel, offices and apartments) on the left, the New Orleans (Rotterdam's second tallest residential tower) in the middle and the World Port Center on the right.

Perhaps nice to know is that the AIDAprima has an overall length of 300 meters, a width of over 37 meters and a maximum draft of 8 meters.
It can carry 3,300 passengers and 900 crew members, spread over 18 passenger decks! There are 15 dining options, indoor and outdoor pools, stores, cafes and bars. In addition, passengers can enjoy the longest indoor water slide on a cruise ship, a climbing wall and a lazy river.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
