While travelling through the English county of Norfolk, I was in the seaside town of Cromer on a stormy autumn day. In the distance, another rainstorm passes over Cromer pier, but now the sun shines briefly between showers.
For this shot I used a wide-angle lens combined with a slow shutter speed, so that waves are smoothed out, so to speak.
Since the advent of digital photography, Peet Romijn (1964) has been increasingly involved in nature and landscape photography. In addition to these specialisms, he also enjoys photographing urban landscapes, during the day and at night.
