About "Colour dissolves in water"

About the artwork

The picture shows how pink to orange-coloured ink sinks from top to bottom in clear water. The ink unfolds in cloud-like, organic structures with fine, fibrous extensions. The colour transitions are soft and flowing - from intense magenta to warm pink tones and bright orange. The movement appears calm and at the same time lively, as if a moment of transition has been frozen.

The inspiration for this work comes from observing natural diffusion processes. I am interested in how colour behaves in water - how it dissolves, spreads and forms unpredictable, almost sculptural patterns. The creative process was experimental and required a precise feel for light, perspective and the right moment.

The atmosphere I want to create with this painting is clear, open and slightly meditative. It invites you to engage with the interplay of colour, structure and space.

The message lies in the flow - in letting go, in visualising change.

In interior design, this work acts as a warm, visual accent. It brings lightness, energy and a calm dynamic to modern, minimalist rooms - without imposing itself.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
