I set up the glasses, fruit etc in a small movable studio with several lights to get as little shadow as possible.
The shots of the Kiwi's, Bananas and Tomatoes were taken separately.
Because of the water in the glasses, you get distortions which, after some shifting and trying this way, I found produced a very nice image.
Later, I played with the images a bit more in the computer and added extra distortions.
I used layers in Photoshop to bring the six images together to create the collage you see here.
It will be displayed, printed in large format, at an exhibition in May.
The image is also very suitable for hanging in a kitchen.

Once started as an architecture photographer with Robert Oerlemans as my photography docent at the art academy in The Hague.
Later followed by a 4-year art study "visual" at the UCK in Utrecht and a screen printing course at the CKE in Eindhoven.
