You are looking against the underside of the flowers. The focus is on the middle tulip with some water droplets, it is lower than the other tulips and this is where you look straight at it. Around it is somewhat softer in focus and colour. The photo was taken low to the ground with a macro lens, so it has a small depth of field. The colours are mostly red and green.
