Close-up of red petals is a macro photo of a pink flower with the flower's stem and greenery (and other flowers) in the background.
When taking this photo, I chose a shallow depth of field, so that only a section of petals is in focus, and the stem and other greenery becomes blurred. This creates a sense of depth in the photo.
In addition, it also has something exciting in that the flower has been photographed slightly differently than it normally would be, and the flower is not right in the middle, as you often see, but rotates out of the frame, so to speak. The flower forms a diagonal line in the image. Cheerful warm red colour with a natural shade of green.
This work could hang beautifully in a waiting room, bedroom or study. But it would also look great above the sofa in the living room!
