About the artwork

This collage offers an insight into Hamburg's maritime and urban infrastructure:

Köhlbrand Bridge: This impressive construction is a landmark of Hamburg and symbolises modern engineering as well as the connection between different parts of the city. It symbolises progress and the importance of transport in urban life.
Brooksbrücke Hamburg: As a historic bridge, it connects parts of the old town and symbolises Hamburg's rich history and tradition of bridge building. It represents the past and the continuous development of the city.
Red buoy on the Elbe: This buoy is a typical navigation sign in Hamburg's waterways and emphasises the importance of the Elbe as the city's lifeline. It symbolises safety and orientation for shipping.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
