The first question is always about the visible difference between Citroen ID and DS. Almost none my answer, except for the chrome trim. But under the sheet metal it immediately becomes a little more morbid, that's not true of course, it becomes here & there a little simpler and above all cheaper for the customer called Facharbeiter XY. On the other hand the ID got almost everything the DS had from the beginning, only years later. But what the ID didn't have during the 20 years of production was the Pallas equipment and the wide range of colours like the DS.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
