A beautifully situated white hall church on a raised cemetery built at the end of the 14th century by order of the abbot of Aduard. The roof rider is younger; 18th century and renewed in 1831. The interior with the green painted flat beamed ceiling is determined by the work of the Groningen sculptor Caspar Struiwig. In the church, in addition to a beautifully carved pulpit, you will find many fine carvings on the men's benches. The heavy dinner table comes from the Iwema Steenhuis.
