About ‘Centraal Station Rotterdam’ by Margo Smit

Op 13 maart 2014 heeft Rotterdam een aantrekkelijk, dynamisch, goed functionerende openbaarvervoerterminal. Het nieuwe Rotterdam Centraal is een vervoersknooppunt van regionale en internationale betekenis.

Met 110.000 reizigers per dag verwerkt het stationsgebied evenveel reizigers als luchthaven Schiphol. Naast de aansluiting op het Europese net van hogesnelheidstreinen (HSL-Zuid) heeft Rotterdam Centraal ook een aansluiting op de lightrailverbinding RandstadRail. Door de komst van de HSL-Zuid en RandstadRail is de verwachting dat het aantal reizigers op Rotterdam Centraal in 2025 zal zijn toegenomen tot zo?n 323.000 per dag.

Inspired by the urban landscapes and the invigorating character of big cities, she practices photography passionately since 2014. She adopts a frontal perspective and highlights quasi-perfect symmetry. In this way, the most ordinary places will be extraordinary to look at.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
