An ibex in its typical habitat: impassable rocky landscape above the tree line in the Swiss Alps. This photo was taken in summer, when the ibex stay in small groups high in the mountains. Usually far away from people, so you have to make an effort to get them in front of the lens. This photo was taken at an altitude of 2900m on Piz Kesch in Graubünden.
