About ‘Camargue horse silhouette just before sunrise’ by Kris Hermans

Just before sunrise, I photographed this Camargue horse. The lake behind coloured beautifully. These horses love harsh conditions like swamps and eating samphire plants at the beach. They are also fond of water. The horse was photographed in the Camargue near Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer.

Kris Hermans

Hasselt, Belgium

Kris Hermans is a passionate photographer who creates many nature images in addition to studio images. His images are characterised by emotion and perfection.
Bird photography is practised almost exclusively from a hidden setup. This includes the use of hides, hide tents, camouflage nets and sometimes even the car. Mirror glass is often used to ensure minimal disturbance.
