One of the most iconic attractions in Central Park and a great place to snap some great photos. The Bow Bridge is one of the most romantic spots in New York. You may have seen it in the movies Manhattan or The Way We Were.
The bridge has been a muse for photographers since its construction in 1862. It is the second oldest cast-iron bridge in America. At 18 meters long, it is also the widest and the oldest bridge in Central Park.
Note the eight urns that decorate the bridge. They were only added back to it during the 2008 reconstructions.
Photography is capturing a snapshot that will not come back.
With an eye for detail, beauty, simplicity and colour.
I would like to share these snapshots with you...
