Digital artwork of the boulevard in Vlissingen, with the Gevangentoren in the foreground. In creating this artwork, I was inspired by Vincent van Gogh, the world-famous painter who, like my mother, was born in Zundert (Brabant). Due to the fact that my mother was born near Vincent van Gogh's birthplace, Van Gogh has always been a thread running through my life. I still go to Zundert every year with the Corso but in addition we have visited almost all the places in Europe where Vincent lived and worked. Now that I have become an artist myself, I can fall back on his style because I grew up with it. Incidentally, this work is part of my large collection of artworks which I have already created in Vlissingen (Zeeland) in recent years. So if you are looking for this Zeeland seaside resort, you will undoubtedly be able to find a work in your preferred style.
