It was a misty, rainy morning in the borrowdale valley, in the heart of England's Lake district. Autumn colours were almost at their peak, with many leaves already beautifully coloured in shades of yellow and orange. This water mill is tucked against a mountainside and has a beautiful location on a small river.
Choosing a slow shutter speed gives the water a nice soft texture, while the mist blurs the background nicely.
