The stave church of Borgund is located in the village of Borgund (Sogn og Fjordane, Norway). The church is dedicated to St. Andrew. The church was probably built around 1150. This stave church is one of the best known of the 28 stave churches in Norway. This is due to its medieval character. Hardly any adjustments have been made to it since its construction. This church is also one of the largest remaining stave churches.
