The inspiration for this painting comes from a fascination with physical processes that are both aesthetic and emotional. Blue as a colour stands for depth, calm and reflection. In this work, I wanted to make precisely these qualities visible - not through symbolism, but through the behaviour of the colour itself.
The atmosphere is cool, clear and contemplative. The picture invites you to engage with the movement and the changing structures. It conveys a feeling of inner peace, but also of change - like a thought that slowly unfolds.
