An atmospheric picture during a boat trip through one of Suriname's best-preserved nature reserves in the northeast. Bigi Pan is incredibly rich in bird species and a must-see for bird lovers. However, it is only easily accessible during the wet season. Even then, the water level is only a few decimetres high
