Caught in a pause in the music, in this photo art image we see a colorful Bhangra Dancer/ Bhangra is a traditional dance that originated in the Punjab in India, originally the dance was associated with the spring festival. It is a vigorous dance, with lots of leaping and arm waving, requiring more knee bending than I could ever manage with my arthritis, Bhangra is great fun to watch and listen to as the music is rhythmic and very catchy. This is the second of two images of Bhangra Dancers and there is also an image of a traditional Bhangra Drummer available in my collection.
