About "Between light and storm - a dance of the elements over Lake Hopfensee"

About the artwork

A powerful spectacle of nature rages over Lake Hopfensee. The May evening carries the last warm rays of the sun over the still water, but mighty storm clouds tower on the horizon. Their deep grey tones merge with purple and golden reflections, while lightning tears the sky apart in the distance. The air is heavy from the approaching discharge, and yet there is an almost magical calm.
In the foreground, a wooden footbridge pushes its way into the picture, almost surreally bright in contrast to the gloomy expanse of water. Its planks reflect the last rays of sunlight and draw the eye out onto the lake, where the storm is reflected - a distorted echo of the threatening clouds. Hardly a ripple disturbs the dark surface, only an occasional breeze ruffles the water and carries the scent of rain and earth.
Hopfen am See, nestled in the gentle East Allgäu hills, seems enchanted on this evening. The majestic peaks of the nearby Alps linger in the twilight, while nature dances between light and shadow. A moment full of tension, full of beauty - a panorama that captures the power and poetry of nature in a unique way.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
