About "Bellis Perennis - Daisy"

About the artwork

The picture shows a dense field of daisies (Bellis perennis) in full bloom. The flower heads consist of white, partly pale pink ray florets and bright yellow tubular flowers in the centre. The plants are close together and form a two-dimensional, almost texture-like structure that extends across the entire picture. The background is also filled with flowers, emphasising the depth and richness of the scene.

The inspiration for this work was the quiet presence of the daisy in everyday green spaces. Often overlooked, it reveals an astonishing variety and elegance on closer inspection. The aim was to make this quality visible - not by staging it, but by focussing on the essentials.

With this picture, I wanted to create a calm, natural atmosphere. It is about pausing, about appreciating the small and constant. The message lies in the beauty of the inconspicuous - in the power that arises from simplicity.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
