About ‘Beautiful sunset at sea’ by Meindert Marinus

It was a lovely evening on the beach of Texel near de Cocksdorp. After a clear, warm day, some clouds came up. Ideal for a beautiful sunset. Here at the beach, there are stones as breakwaters, far into the sea. I found this a nice foreground in this composition. It became a beautiful sunset and I enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy it too…

I have been photographing since the end of September 2020. I always tried to make nice pictures on holiday with my mobile phone but I was really caught by the photography virus when I was on holiday on Ameland and there I photographed beautiful sunsets with my mobile phone.
After that holiday I bought my first SLR and it became more and more a passion.
I mainly love evening, landscape and architectural…
