Fluttering through the air like a feathered acrobat, the Cedar Waxwing is a social butterfly of the bird world. This plump, medium-sized songbird boasts a sleek, brown and grey coat accented by pops of sunshine yellow on its belly and a distinctive black mask framed by white. But its most striking feature lies hidden amongst its wings - tiny red "wax droplets" adorning some feathers, earning it its whimsical name.

These charming birds are rarely seen alone, preferring the company of their flock as they flit through fruiting trees and hedges, their high-pitched lisps echoing through the air. Their diet is a treat-lover's dream, consisting almost entirely of juicy berries. In fact, they can become so intoxicated by their fermented feasts that they sometimes stumble and even fall from the branches!

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
