Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Beach, sand dune and walkers’ by SR Blaauw

A tranquil beach landscape unfolds in this image. In the foreground lies a gentle dune ridge, with delicate tufts of grass poking through the sand – small, almost fragile details that lend the image its character. Towards the horizon, the beach fades into a light mist. The sea and sky seem to merge, creating an almost empty, endless space. In the distance, a few vague shapes are visible, reinforcing the sense of scale without disrupting the tranquillity. It is precisely this simplicity that gives the painting its power: everything superfluous seems to have vanished.

The inspiration for this work came during a walk along the coast, when the silence became almost tangible. The combination of the sea and the wind created a special moment of stillness that I wanted to capture. The atmosphere is cool and serene, with a subdued tranquillity that invites you to slow down. This work brings air and space into an interior and fits perfectly with minimalist or natural interior styles.
