About ‘Beach Poles Pavilion Paal 3’ by Wim Zoeteman

Boxing Day 2014. On the beach of Schiermonnikoog, at the end of the Badweg.
The poles underneath the beach pavilion form a strange work of art.
The actual beach pavilion has been removed, apparently to hibernate for the winter season.
It was a perfect cool weather day for a walk on the beach. Puddles on the beach formed a nice mirror for the posts. And the morning sun made it look warmer than it felt, i.e. ice cold.
For myself, a beautiful memory of a wonderful Christmas holiday. Now a nice abstract on the wall.
