About "Beach Cafe"

About the artwork

The after-work party could start on this raised platform, where a few people, depicted small, are already at the tables, chairs and under the parasol.

This lively scene in bold black contrasts strongly with the yellowish, light tones in the sky in the background. The large-format oil painting in the original presents this constellation with strong contrasts of light and dark, which have an extremely lively and vivid effect.

Empty boats are bobbing on the water, as if they had just transported some people who wanted to come to the gallery of the venue.

The picture was created freely and spontaneously in the studio in Berlin, without using photographic or other templates. In this case, a wooden board that had been primed beforehand was used as the image carrier to ensure the adhesion of the high-quality oil paints.

The motivation for this motif was to depict a scene with the character of a colourful, bright sunset. It could be that the painting was preceded by other paintings in different hues, and the choice of this colour palette was simply the need to include less frequently used colours in the composition.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
