Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

About ‘Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute’ by Dieter Ludorf

Venice with its famous Basilica. It is always very nice to see this gigantic building up close.
This church was consecrated in 1687 after the end of the plague. The exterior, with its eight-sided ground plan, two domes and two campanili made of white limestone, was designed to be particularly impressive.

I have been fascinated by photography since my childhood. My enthusiasm began with a camera in the format 6 x 6 cm. I used my pocket money for buying and developing the b/w films.
Later the hobby was extended beside my job, i.e. modern cameras were purchased. In my own darkroom for black and white and colour pictures the photographs were processed.
It turned out that I photographed more and more sports. These pictures appeared in daily newspapers, trade journals and…
