Autumnal avenue of trees in Vught

by Zwoele Plaatjes

In the early morning, as a layer of fog enveloped the avenue of trees in Vught, this extraordinary image came to life. The trees towered above the path, their leaves a mix of fresh green and warm yellow hues. On the path itself was a carpet of orange leaves, as if autumn had chosen its most beautiful colours especially for this spot. The soft light of October gave it a warm glow, while the mist added a touch of mystery.

This moment touched me because it felt like nature was inviting me to pause for a moment. The calmness of the morning, the crunch of leaves under my shoes, and the perfect balance of colours and composition made this a scene I did not want to let escape. The image exudes the calm beauty of an autumn morning and is a reminder of how special this time of year can be.

This picture brings the warm tones of autumn to your home. Whether you hang it in your living room, bedroom or office, it instantly adds a sense of warmth and nature to the space. Where do you prefer to see this piece?
