I regularly walk in the woods around and on St Jansberg near Plasmolen, Limburg. I often pass these trees but when I try to photograph them, I am actually never satisfied with the image. Now during a misty morning in autumn with all that fresh green on those dominant branches and the last coloured leaves, I get very happy with this chaos.

I work as an ambulance driver at the general practitioner's office in Nijmegen. I like to walk in nature, always with my photo backpack with me. For me it's a nice combination of movement, silence and looking. My favourite place for this is the Hatertse Vennen near Nijmegen.
