The Hoëgne is a tributary of the Vesdre and has a length of 30 kilometres. Through the valley of the Hoëgne is a really beautiful walk to make. The footpath along the Hoëgne is a combination of forest path, tree trunk bridges, decking paths and pieces of rock. And the river that plays with the rocks and causes beautiful waterfalls and small ponds! Really gorgeous to see! It doesn't matter what season you go in: sun, rain, fog or snow. Every season has its charm and character. In the summer months the water level is low but in the winter months the river can swirl quite a bit. That results in beautiful images!
The subjects I look for are nature, mostly landscapes, but also animals and plants can come in front of the lens. Especially dramatic images appeal to me. Sometimes I also look for more graphic and abstract images. For me it's all about just making the images that make.. Read more…
