About the artwork

The big Audi 100: Pleasant travelling with a lot of comfort technology. The safe continuous speed, the great comfort and the well-balanced long-distance chassis make the Audi 100 the perfect touring saloon AUDI NSU Vorsprung durch Tehnik. 1975 Advertising for Audi 100 GL Type 104 Imagine you come directly from the competition, head a small designer department that was on the verge of being dissolved, nevertheless build & create a ready-made series car there with a small hand-picked team mostly after work, although it was expressly forbidden to him.

In the end they even had the courage to present this new car to the chairman of the board of Volkswagen AG and at the same time Beetle King Heinz Nordhoff, with the ulterior motive that they were threatened with immediate dismissal with all conceivable consequences, even though Auto Union was already on the verge of bankruptcy. It was not for nothing that Daimler, completely unnerved, sold the Ingolstadt plant to Volkswagen in 1966 and VW was pleased to have acquired a new location for its still very successful Beetle production at a favourable price.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
