About the artwork

Astrology, astromancy, or stellar divination is a collective term for ideas about the supposed connection between the fate of people and events on earth and the position of the heavenly bodies. The name "astrology" is derived from the Greek ἀστρολογία, "astrologia," a compound of ἄστρον (astron, star or constellation) and λόγος (logos, meaning, among other things, theory). A practitioner of astrology is called an "astrologer," sometimes a paid profession. An astrological analysis is primarily concerned with the locations in the sky of the sun, moon and planets, which were referred to as "stars" in ancient times, usually against the backdrop of the fixed stars in the zodiac. Although astrology cannot be confirmed despite scientific research and scientists have long since rejected the principles of astrology as pseudoscience, many people continue to practice it and/or believe in it.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
