On Prinsengracht, to the left of the majestic tower of the Westerkerk, stands the Anne Frank House. This recording was made during the corona crisis, so the normally long queues of visiting tourists are not at the door. The photograph was taken from the Lily Lock, a bridge over the Prinsengracht. The parked bicycles and the old streetlamp fit perfectly in the Amsterdam streetscape. The tranquillity that goes out of this work fits in well with this historic environment.
