charcoal and watercolour Cesare Félix Georges Dell' Acqua (Piran (Slovenia), 22 July 1821 - Ixelles, 16 February 1905) was an Austro-Hungarian painter. With his mother, he settled in Koper, where he went to school. In 1833, he continued his education in Trieste. In 1848, Dell'Acqua settled in Brussels. Despite his Belgian successes, Trieste continued to attract him. Between 1852 and 1877, he painted a large number of works.
