About ‘Amsterdam during the Amsterdam Light Festival’ by Mirjam Boerhoop - Oudenaarden

Amsterdam, 8 January 2017. With a group of photographers we capture the Illuminade. This picture was taken with slow shutter speed, the Blauwbrug is left out of sight. You can see the Amstel in front of you with straight ahead the Walter Süskindbrug and on the right of it the Hermitage.

I live in the beautiful town of Noord-Scharwoude (municipality of Langedijk in Noord-Holland), but I was born and raised in Dordrecht. Besides my job as stability coordinator at a laboratory in Petten and my busy family, I love to go out and take pictures.
