"Alone in the dark: A hydrangea leaf with abstract reflection" is a macro photo of a hydrangea leaf (or actually four hydrangea leaves on a branch) dried by the sun. This makes it easier to see the vein structure in the leaf. As light falls on the leaf, the golden brown stands out beautifully against the dark background. The same goes for the reflection of the leaf in the ground surface. This one has a very nice texture, disrupting the reflection, and the reflection looks just like water waves, an abstract painterly representation of the leaf. If you zoom in on the work, you can see how beautifully the grain structure can be seen in this work.
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the bedroom, kitchen, dining room or just above the sofa! (Also of course beautiful in business spaces such as on the wall in an office, waiting room or meeting room!)
