Alcatraz in San Francisco in the state of California in the United States of America.
Attention!
This picture has a very rough and rough appearance. Both in terms of image and quality,
The original color photo I found quite boring I deliberately made a lot rougher, because I think this fits well with a photo of an old infamous prison. I made the photo black and white and provided it with noise, grain and vignette and it can be compared to an old fashioned photo image from an old analogue camera. This photo is purely about the roughness of the location. Alcatraz Island and the rough water therefore play the main role. The skyline of San Francisco in the background is therefore out of focus.
Alcatraz is a small rocky island in the Bay of San Francisco. From 1934 to 1963 it was used as a high-security prison. The most famous prisoner was Alphonse Capone, better known as "Al Capone".
I shot this picture of Alcatraz Island from the ferry that takes you from the city of San Francisco to the island.
This black and white photo has a rough and rough look.
