About ‘A temple like a floating universe’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

In the emerald glow of Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen, the world seems to stand still for a moment. The glass chedi rises like a crystal mountain of inner light, reaching upwards layer by layer, as if it were trying to touch the sky. Its green exudes tranquillity, clarity and the quiet certainty that enlightenment is not far away, but begins within one’s own heart.
All around, golden pillars support the space like the columns of a heavenly palace. Their patterns flow like ancient prayers cast in metal. Above it all arches the cosmic ceiling, a swirl of blue and green, streaked with stars that evoke distant worlds. It is as though the heavens themselves were opening up, inviting the spirit to lose itself in their vastness.
The murals tell of the Buddha’s path, of halos of flame that purify the spirit, and of trees that stand as silent witnesses to inner transformation. In this space, art and spirituality, colour and silence, matter and light merge.
Standing here, one feels one’s breath becoming calmer, one’s thoughts clearing, and a gentle, almost imperceptible peace flowing through the body. This place is not merely architecture – it is a gateway to a deeper reality.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
