A beautiful natural picture of the beautifully clear blue waters of the Eibsee in southern Germany. A popular lake that attracts thousands of tourists every year. The picture shows calm, with some ducklings enjoying the tranquil lake. But if you look closely, you can see water sports enthusiasts enjoying a beautiful summer day in the distance. These are just some of the many water sports enthusiasts enjoying this beautiful lake on that day, with the German Alps in the background. A moment of calm, in an all but tranquil location. This photo shows the art of finding precious moments in everyday pursuits. Walking a little further, provides a picture without people, while the hordes of tourists stayed on the other chance of the lake. Happiness awaits around the corner.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
