About the artwork
"A panorama of a dandelion fluff with drops" is an (extreme) macro photo of a dandelion fluff, with a beige - taupe coloured background. Water droplets hang from the fluff. When taking this photo, I chose a shallow depth of field. This creates a sense of depth in the work, in addition to a calm dreamy atmosphere. The focus is at the part where the stalk turns into the fluff.The drops also help to create this dreamy atmosphere, they reflect the light and this creates sparkles on the drops. This work has been cropped to panorama size.This photo was taken with a more extreme macro lens than is normally used. This magnifies the subject even more and you start to see elements you had probably never seen before: For example, do you see the "little hooks" attached to the hairs of the fluff? This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the dining room, bedroom, hallway or simply above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
