The artwork shows the modern glass architecture of the 3XN building on Washingtonplatz in Berlin. The façade of the building is characterised by sharp angles and reflects both the sky and the surrounding structures. In the foreground, passers-by and a café area enliven the scene, while trees and a partly cloudy sky give the picture a natural framing.
The inspiration for this work was the combination of urban movement and architectural clarity. I was particularly interested in how the interplay of reflection, geometry and public space can be condensed into a single moment. The 3XN building is an example of architecture that not only acts in dialogue with its surroundings in functional terms, but also visually.
The aim was to create an open but structured atmosphere - an image that captures both the dynamics of the location and the precision of the design. It invites the viewer to engage with perspective, space and urban life.
In interior design, this work acts as an urban, architectural accent. It fits particularly well in modern, minimalist spaces and brings a visual connection of city, movement and structure to living or working areas.
