The digital artwork **"Cathedral Towers"** shows a powerful and minimalist composition that plays with shape, colour and symbolism. Against an all-black background, four stylistic images of cathedral towers rise, each different in colour and size. From left to right, they descend in size in stages, creating a visual rhythm reminiscent of an echo or fading memory. The first tower is the largest and snow-white, giving it a dominant, almost sacred appearance. This is followed by a beige tower, softer and warmer in tone, marking the transition to the third tower: a red one, which contrasts brightly and powerfully with the rest. The final tower is again beige, small and subdued, giving the whole a sense of rounding and balance.

The choice of a black background emphasises the graphic nature of the work and allows the colours of the towers to stand out sharply. This background also creates an atmosphere of timelessness and mystery. The repetition of the tower shape raises questions about identity, heritage and decay - are they stages of the same tower, symbols of different cities, or abstract reminders of a shared past? The title "Domtorens" refers to a specific architectural icon, but in this work the towers take on universal connotations. The artwork manages to create a strong visual impact with minimal means and invites the viewer to reflect on time, culture and the traces we leave behind.
