Under a brilliant blue, cloudless sky, Victor Consael's iconic poffertjes stall stands proudly at Vredenburg. The stall shines with its distinctive red and green colours, a nostalgic beacon in the middle of the city. On top of the stall, the name "VICTOR CONSAEL" appears in ornate letters, surrounded by mentions of his famous specialities, inviting curious passers-by to taste a portion of hot poffertjes.
Standing in front of the stall is a waiter, dressed in a white shirt and red apron, as he discusses the order with a friendly smile. His attitude oozes craftsmanship and hospitality.
