Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘‘1.5-metre distance’ template on the Hoge Brug’ by Streets of Maastricht

During the period when coronavirus measures were in place, a template featuring the angel from Maastricht’s coat of arms was painted all over the city. It was intended to remind people to keep a distance of 1.5 metres.

It was also applied on the Hoge Brug. The bridge was divided into two directions – you had to keep walking on…
