Hallo beste foto liefhebbers, bezoekers van werk aan de muur en iedereen die dit leest, ik hou heel veel van de natuur en van dieren! Ook sommige aspecten van architectuur kan ik heel erg appreciëren. Het is mijn bedoeling om alles wat ik zie en mooi vind te delen met andere mensen. Niet iedereen kan alles in het echt zien en meemaken, daarom is het juist zo belangrijk om alles te delen. Als ik iets zie dat ik heel graag in mijn woonkamer of een andere plaats in mijn huis zou hebben dan neem ik de tijd om er een foto van te maken. Het is immers niet mogelijk om alles in mijn eigen woonkamer te hangen, daarom zou ik het fijn vinden als andere mensen zouden kunnen genieten van deze mooie beelden.Alvast bedankt om dit te lezen en veel plezier met deze foto's!Groetjes Marleen

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
